My wife and I are very pleased with the Merlo agency. They are extremely helpful on claims and general information requests. We wish Allstate would offer Umbrella coverage without requiring home owners insurance. This would have allowed us to continue our umbrella coverage after moving from our apartment and into our motorhome for our three year tour of the USA. The bottom line is that the Merlo agency has knowledgeable people who are willing to go out of their way to help a customer. This is a rare thing these days and we appreciate it.
